Santiago joined the firm in 2025. He served as a Clerk at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation for over four years, where he participated in drafting opinions across multiple areas of constitutional law.

Santiago has been involved in civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional litigation before various judicial bodies. During his time at the Supreme Court, he championed projects to expand State patrimonial liability and contributed to a landmark ruling that broadened access to amparo proceedings in cases involving serious human rights violations. He also collaborated on several cases concerning the interpretation of constitutional provisions in sectors such as energy and telecommunications.

He currently represents a telecommunications company in a multimillion-dollar dispute arising from the lease of infrastructure essential to the provision of its services.

Santiago holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana (UP), where he graduated with honors. He served as speaker for the winning team at the First University Competition on Constitutional Litigation and Human Rights of the Supreme Court. He completed an LL.M. at Harvard University, with a focus on class actions and tort liability.

Santiago speaks Spanish, English, and French
