ASSOCIATE
Nayeli is an Associate at Asali and joined the firm in 2024.
Since joining the firm, she has been involved in commercial arbitrations in the construction sector, as well as civil and commercial litigation matters in the energy, banking, hospitality, and real estate industries.
She is currently part of the team representing a construction company in an arbitration proceeding before the International Chamber of Commerce. She also forms part of the team representing an energy company in a dispute arising out of the contractual termination of an agreement due to defects in cables intended for use in a photovoltaic power plant.
Nayeli holds law and international relations degrees from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). In both degree programmes, she graduated with highest honours and achieved the top grades of her class. She also received the Ceneval Award for Outstanding Performance in the EGEL examination. During her studies, she was a member of her university’s team in international commercial arbitration competitions. Nayeli is fluent in Spanish and English.
