Katia Hernández

Katia joined Asali as an Associate in 2024.

Since her arrival, she has actively participated in civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, as well as in commercial arbitration across various sectors. Currently, she is part of the team advising a major transnational company in a civil dispute.

Before joining Asali, she worked at one of the most recognized firms in the field of Antitrust and Competition in the country, where she was involved in numerous cases before the competition authorities in Mexico and in constitutional litigation.

Katia graduated from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and complemented her education with studies at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (Sciences Po). She is the author of several texts on constitutional law and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
