Katia Hernández

Katia joined Asali as an Associate in 2024.

Since joining the firm, she has been actively involved in civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, as well as in commercial arbitration across various industries. She is currently part of the team advising a major multinational company in a civil dispute.

Before joining Asali, Katia worked at one of the country’s most renowned firms specializing in Antitrust Law, where she participated in numerous cases before Mexico’s antitrust authorities and in constitutional litigation.

Katia graduated from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and furthered her academic training with studies at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). She is the author of several articles on constitutional law and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
