Imanol Iruretagoyena

Imanol joined Asali in 2025. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, constitutional amparo proceedings, and commercial arbitration.

Imanol is part of the team representing one of the world’s leading energy companies in an international arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in connection with a liquefied natural gas supply agreement.

He also participates in the representation of one of the world’s largest retail companies in commercial litigation concerning an electricity self-supply agreement and the application of take-or-pay and give-or-pay provisions in connection with a wind farm.

Imanol studied law at Universidad Panamericana and complemented his academic training with a course in Cybersecurity and New Technologies Law at New York University (NYU). He speaks Spanish and English.
