Rodrigo López

ASSOCIATE

Rodrigo is an Associate who joined Asali in 2023.

Since joining the firm, Rodrigo has been actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, Amparo proceedings, and arbitration. His practice has focused on the banking, energy, and insurance sectors.

He recently joined the team representing a multinational company in an arbitration proceeding related to the construction industry involving the installation of a submarine cable. Rodrigo is also part of the team representing the Mexican subsidiary of one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers in litigation defending against a claim exceeding MXN 80 million related to energy generation at a wind farm.

Rodrigo holds degrees in Law and International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), where he graduated with Honors in Law. During his academic training, he was a member of several representative teams in commercial and investment arbitration competitions.
