Marcia is an associate of Asali, which she joined in 2020. Marcia has focused her practice on disputes related to the banking and real estate industries, as well as on shareholder disputes and bankruptcy proceedings.

Marcia represents an association that protects the intellectual property rights of various members of the recording industry nationally and internationally in various disputes arising from improper use. Marcia has also represented important banking institutions in several bankruptcy and collection proceedings.

Marcia graduated from Universidad Panamericana and holds a specialization in amparo from the same institution. In 2020, she completed the Diploma in Commercial Arbitration offered by the International Chamber of Commerce and Escuela Libre de Derecho. Marcia is fluent in Spanish and English.
