Luis Fabara

Luis is a senior associate of Asali, which he joined since its foundation. Luis’ litigation experience exceeds 15 years, during which he has focused his practice in proceedings related to the banking, real estate, mining, financial and aeronautical industries. Luis has extensive experience in contested administrative proceedings, as well as liability claims against the State.

Luis has successfully defended national and international clients in civil and commercial proceedings before local and federal courts and the Supreme Court. He has also secured important victories in complex administrative and constitutional proceedings. Among other cases, Luis represented an air transportation company in a dispute against the Mexican State related to the illegal seizure of an aircraft. Currently, Luis represents a major food chain established in Mexico in a litigation proceeding against an important State-owned trust.

Luis graduated from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Luis is fluent in English and Spanish.
