Jessica Hernández

Jessica has been an associate at Asali since 2023.

Before joining Asali, Jessica worked in the Federal Judiciary, particularly at the Supreme Court of Justice and Circuit Courts.

Since joining Asali, Jessica has been actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, amparo proceedings, and commercial arbitration under ICC rules. At Asali, Jessica has focused her practice on the energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors.

Currently, Jessica is part of the team advising one of the largest retail companies in Mexico in a commercial dispute related to the execution of an electricity self-supply contract.

Jessica studied law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and completed her studies at this institution in 2020. Jessica is fluent in both English and Spanish.
