Felipe Solís

Felipe is an associate of Asali, which he joined in 2020. Felipe has participated in disputes related to the energy, telecommunications, banking and real estate industries in Mexico.

Felipe has actively participated in civil, commercial and constitutional litigation proceedings in different judicial instances, as well as in commercial bankruptcy and arbitration proceedings before national and international courts. Among other matters, Felipe was part of the team that successfully defended the interests of a conglomerate of companies in the media and entertainment industry, by lifting an injunction that allowed the merger between two leading companies in the market to be completed. Felipe is currently part of the team representing a smart cities developer in a UNCITRAL arbitration against a Fortune 500 technology company.

Felipe graduated summa cum laude from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Felipe is fluent in Spanish and English.
