Eduardo is an associate at Asali, which he joined in 2021. He focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation related to the construction, banking, and insurance sectors.

Eduardo has been involved in various civil, commercial and constitutional litigations. Among his most outstanding contributions is the defense of the interests of a company against an insurance company’s claim in connection with a fire in a shopping mall.

Currently, Eduardo is part of the team representing the interests of a construction company demanding payment under a public works contract. In addition, he has played an active role in tort cases, especially in matters arising from moral damages.

Eduardo holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho, from where he graduated with three honorable mentions for his professional thesis, case study resolution and professional examination.
