ASSOCIATE

Dante is an associate of Asali, which he joined in 2015. Dante has focused his practice on disputes arising from construction, real estate, public procurement and acquisitions.

Dante has handled civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation proceedings before state and federal courts and the Supreme Court, obtaining successful results for the firm’s clients. Dante represented a Dutch financial institution that owned several vessels with a value of more than USD 250 million and participated in negotiations that resulted in the definitive recovery of such vessels after successfully obtaining the lifting of an arbitrary seizure. Currently, Dante represents the interests of a leading construction company, in connection with the development of an important social reinsertion center in the northern region of Mexico.

Dante graduated magna cum laude from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Dante is fluent in Spanish and English.
